Ab8 has a clear policy for abandoned or mid-match stoppages, in line with most international platforms.
If a match is cancelled before it starts: Your full stake is refunded — usually credited to your account within 24 hours.
If a match is abandoned after it has started: The key question here is how much of the match was actually played.
- Cricket: If the minimum number of overs is not completed (usually at least 5 overs per side, or 10 overs in T20s), the entire bet is voided and your stake is refunded. A result declared via the Duckworth-Lewis method is considered a valid official result.
- Football: If less than 90 minutes are played, the match is considered void and your stake is refunded. However, separate rules may apply to events that occur after half-time.
- Other Sports: If a player withdraws from a tennis or badminton match, it is treated as a "walkover" — the bet is void.
If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, the bet remains valid. If it takes longer than 48 hours, the bet is voided. In all cases, check your bet history or contact support for the final outcome.
Bonus wagering (also called rollover or turnover) is the total amount you need to bet before a bonus can be withdrawn. Here's how it generally works at ab8:
How it's calculated: Bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total amount required to be wagered.
Example: Say you received a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement. You would need to place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before the bonus converts to real balance and becomes withdrawable.
Which bets count:
- Sports Betting: Bets are typically counted at odds of 1.50 or higher.
- Slots: Most slots count at 100%, though some games may contribute less.
- Live Casino: Table games typically contribute 10%–20% — meaning a ৳100 bet only counts ৳10–৳20 toward your wagering requirement.
Time Limit: Each bonus has its own wagering deadline — typically between 7 and 30 days. Your account's bonus section shows the remaining time and how much more you need to wager, updated in real time.
To check the terms of a specific bonus, click the "Terms & Conditions" link next to that bonus, or contact support with the bonus name.
Ab8's policy is clear — Each person may only hold one account. If one person holds two accounts, both may be suspended and balances could be frozen.
For two accounts sharing the same household or device: It's possible, but there are a few conditions.
- Both accounts must be registered under two different individuals.
- Each account must have its own unique mobile number.
- Payment method numbers (bKash/Nagad) must be different — the same number cannot be used across two accounts.
- Each person will need their own NID or passport for KYC verification.
Two accounts from the same IP or device may be automatically flagged by the system. If that happens, support will reach out for verification — there's no need to worry, as genuine separate individuals can resolve it through the verification process.
If you accidentally end up with two accounts, contact support right away — reporting it yourself significantly reduces the chance of a penalty.
Inside the Sports Betting section at ab8, the menu lists each sport separately — football, cricket, tennis, badminton, basketball, and more.
Steps to bet on football:
- Go to the Sports section and select "Football" — all ongoing and upcoming matches will be listed.
- Clicking on your preferred match opens all available markets — Match Winner (1X2), Asian Handicap, Total Goals (Over/Under), Both Teams to Score, and more.
- Click on the odds you want to bet on and a "Betslip" will open on the right side or at the bottom.
- Enter your stake in the betslip — your potential winnings will be calculated automatically.
- Press the "Confirm Bet" button to complete your bet.
Other Sports: Tennis offers set and game wagering. Badminton and basketball support match-by-match betting. Cricket has the widest range of markets — ball by ball, over runs, wicket to fall, and more.
Accumulator (multiple bets combined): You can combine odds from multiple matches into a single bet — win them all and the payout is much bigger. Add multiple selections to your bet slip and it automatically becomes an accumulator.
Tip for beginners — start with a single bet and practice with smaller amounts first.

Ab8 offers live scores and real-time match updates. In the Sports Betting section, a green "LIVE" indicator next to a match means live scores are available for that match.
How to view live scores:
- Go to the Sports section and select the "Live" tab.
- All ongoing matches with their latest scores, time, and odds are displayed together.
- In cricket, scores, wickets, and run rate are updated ball by ball.
- For football, detailed stats including goals, red cards, and corners are available.
Live Streaming (Video): Live video streaming may be available for select matches — a camera icon next to a match means a stream is active. To watch, you generally need a balance in your account or a recent bet placed on that match.
Match Tracker: Some matches feature a graphical match tracker showing ball movement, possession, and shot-on-target animations — a great alternative when no video stream is available.
Tracking live scores on the mobile app is an even better experience — you get instant goal and wicket updates through push notifications.
Ab8 regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard events where you can win extra prizes. These typically come in the form of slots tournaments, Sports Betting leaderboards, and Live Casino challenges.
